Macpex opens Aberdeen engineering hub

Macpex has opened a new engineering hub in Aberdeen, expanding its European footprint and adding dedicated capacity for late-life asset management, decommissioning and integrity engineering.

The team

The hub is led by Fiona Grant, a 22-year veteran of North Sea operations, and will scale to 40 engineers by the end of 2026, drawing on the local talent pool and returning international staff.

Client access

The office is co-located with a client collaboration suite offering secure video links to Macpex's Lagos and Sydney operations rooms, enabling 24-hour handover on live campaigns.
